The Authority wishes to establish a Framework for the ERADICATION of damp, mould and condensation damaged surfaces and materials, the REINSTATEMENT of damaged surfaces and materials and the supply, installation and maintenance of PREVENTATIVE measures to remove and/or reduce the impact of Damp, Mould and Condensation & Ventilation (DMCV) issues within domestic and commercial properties across the Authority.
