Description
The NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board are issuing this tender in connection with the competitive procurement of support services for Children and Young People (CYP) who have been accepted for an Autism and/or ADHD assessment and post diagnostic support for those given a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD. The Commissioners are looking to establish contract(s) for a period of three (3) years plus the option to extend for a further two (2) years. Bidders were invited to bid up to £150,000 per lot per annum.
Lot Division
1 | Suffolk To deliver targeted, outcome focused, needs led support services for CYP who have been accepted for an Autism and/or ADHD assessment. The support should be offered during the wait for the assessment and if a diagnosis is given the support should continue post diagnosis. There is a maximum annual budget of £650,000 for this lot and providers can bid for a maximum of £150,000 per annum. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. |

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 3rd October 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.
