Description

Outwood Grange Trust is seeking detailed Tenders for 'The provision of School Facilities Lettings' including both a booking system and also a full managed lettings provision to support its family of schools.

Lot Division

1 Web Hosting Booking System
  • Value: £100K

The Provider will offer an online web hosted booking system to allow the Trust to manage their lettings booking. This booking system will include online text search, managing online enquiries, bookings, payments, invoicing and reporting.
2 Fully Managed Lettings Provision
  • Value: £300K

The Provider will offer a fully managed lettings provision to operate and manage external lettings of the Trust's facilities. This framework will ensure the maximisation of utilisation, community engagement and income generation for the Trust, this includes but is not limited to sales and marketing, booking lettings, managing facilities and payments.

Renewal Options

The Contract will commence on 18/12/25 and run until the end of 17/12/27. At the Trusts discretion, there is an option for a 24 month extension at the end of the first term. If this extension is used, then the final expiry date will be 17/12/2029.
