This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This award was made under an urgent circumstance as the ICB had to act rapidly in an unforeseen emergency not attributable to the authority and where existing provider was unable to deliver the services= and a new service provider(s) needed to be identified. The decision was made by the Chief Executive in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest to be managed.
