Description

The provision of psychological screening, trauma counselling, training, annual assessment and management reporting including benchmarking against similar organisations as a means of mitigating the risk associated with traumatic stress

Award Criteria

Please provide an organisation chart and demonstrate you have sufficient staff with the appropriate qualifications to meet the contract requirements. This should include: - CVs of all staff who will be directly involved with delivery of the contract - Details of staff responsibilities, job titles, relevant qualifications, experience and length of service
Please provide two case studies (max 2 A4 pages each) that illustrate your experience working with teams deployed in response to traumatic incidents. _
Please provide a detailed response demonstrating how you will deliver each of the seven service packages outlined in Appendix 2 – Specification. In your response please include: - A step-by-step breakdown of how you will provide each service package including indicative timescales for key activities. - Where applicable an explanation of the methodologies, you intend to use and your rationale for using them - Where relevant please provide evidence of the validity and reliability of any survey questionnaires you propose to use supported by references to appropriate research or evaluation.
Please demonstrate how you would manage cybersecurity risks, respond to data breaches and ensure compliance with GDPR? Please provide copies of your Information Security Policy and Data Protection Policy _
Demonstrate how you would handle confidential data including annual employee surveys and pre-employment screening _
What resources or support mechanisms have you developed or made available to staff to help them manage the psychological impact of their work? _
