Description

This is a variation to an existing contract between United Kingdom National Nuclear Laboratory (UKNNL) and the Department for Energy, Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). The contract provides management services for the UK’s Nuclear Safeguards Programme (NSP) to Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). DESNZ is amending the contract due to increased activities under the existing scope. The additional work has become necessary due to extended project timelines. The variation is composed of an additional year extension and a 40% increase in value under Regulation 72 (1) (b) of the PCR 2015. - Original award value: £9,750,000 excluding VAT. End date (minus time extensions) 31st March 2025. - Variation: £3,900,100 excluding VAT. End date 31st March 2026. - Modified award value: £13,650,100 excluding VAT
