Legal Justification
A direct selection took place in accordance with the Efficiency North Asbestos and Demolition Framework Lot 3 – Licensed and Unlicensed Domestic & Civic Asbestos Removal – Method 1 where the Licensee is able to determine which Contractor will provide it with the most economically advantageous offer for the proposed Underlying Contract by reference to the Contractors’ tender submissions for the Framework Agreement. The Direct Selection was undertaken against all Contractors rates on Lot 3 of the Framework. Aspect Contracts Limited was ranked first on Cost to Price Evaluation.
