Description

Dudley MBC invites tenders for the Installation of Disability Accessible Bathrooms, including all related Works and a Design Service. These services will be provided to public (council) and private (DFG) properties. The Council intends to appoint a single provider to deliver a comprehensive programme of Disability Bathroom Adaptation Works across the Dudley Borough. The primary benefit of providing disability bathroom installations is to support disabled and elderly individuals in remaining in their own homes. By improving accessibility, safety, and independence, these adaptations enable individuals to carry out daily hygiene tasks more easily, thereby reducing the need for care services and lowering associated care and potential hospital treatment costs resulting from falls or accidents

Award Criteria

Simple description Tenders will be assessed and evaluated in accordance with ITT Disability Bathrooms Adaptations Part D. Tenderers must complete all of the questions set out in the PSQ which comprises of information only and Pass/Fail questions. The Common Assessment Standard (CAS) questionnaire will need to be completed where applicable. The PSQ responses will be evaluated before the Quality, Social Value and Price Responses are evaluated. Quality, Social Value and Price Responses will be evaluated for quality on a scored basis, Quality (including Social Value) on a 50% basis and 50% for price.
