Subscription payment for full membership of the Passenger Demand Forecasting Council This data is particularly useful to inform discussions over the potential transfer of control over more National Rail services to TfL from the DfT. The transfer of the Great Northern services operating to and from Moorgate was in the current Mayor's 2021 manifesto but no progress has been made on it since the Pandemic started.
