Other Information

Contract value of 46,000,000 GBP (and the tender price) is based upon an estimate of the gross income to be collected by the provider over the term of the contract. The amount retained by the provider after returning the electricity costs and the named revenue share to the Council is estimated to be 17,000,000 GBP over the term of the contract. Please note these are estimates only. The Council has taken the decision not to make an award for Lot 2 following the tender exercise and is considering readvertising the opportunity based on a different ownership model in response to feedback from the marketplace. We would hope to shortly re-start the process and, that being the case, you will be invited to tender at the appropriate time. (SC Ref:811587)
