This lot covers the supply and management of temporary workers across general business functions, including administrative, transformation support, HR, finance, customer service, and related roles. Suppliers will be expected to provide compliant, pre-screened candidates and support the full engagement lifecycle in alignment with Yorkshire Water's internal governance, onboarding, and workforce planning processes. The lot is intended to increase visibility and control of contingent labour usage outside of IT, ensure pricing consistency, and reduce reliance on off-framework engagements.
