Legal Justification
This is a direct award to Cavendish Corporation LTD for Software and Support for SET EISEC interface support. Under the exemption of Cavendish having Intellectual properties rights to the software and support. There is a 7% increase in cost year on year. We are committing to 1 year with the supplier with option to extend in 1-year increments which gives us the option to renew however there is no commitment if the force chooses to move away
