This requirement involves the setting up of a three-year Framework Agreement for the further Supply and Support of in-service BHR Pharmaceuticals's CardioChek Supply and Support of Blood Glucose Monitor including the supply of consumables, spares, repairs, maintenance, training, supporting publications & additional/replacement items of capital equipment (if required).This is a Re-Let project and the supplier BHR Pharmaceuticals have confirmed via formal letter that they are the sole providers of the CardioChek products and to provide support, as necessary. BHR holds the exclusive rights to import and distribute the CardioChek product range.

Legal Justification

Team Leidos advocates the use of the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication PA23 Schedule 5 Paragraphs 5 - 7 on the basis that BHR Pharmaceuticals are the sole providers of equipment support for the Cardio check products for Blood Glucose Monitor including servicing, maintenance, repairs, training, and spares.This is a Re-Let project and the supplier BHR Pharmaceuticals have confirmed via formal letter that they are the sole providers for the CardioChek products and to provide support, as necessary. BHR holds the exclusive rights to import and distribute the CardioChek product range.
