Description

South Staffordshire District Council (SSDC/the Council) is a district council within the county of Staffordshire. The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of hybrid mail solutions for a period of up to 4 years. The Council currently has a contract for the provision of hybrid mail solutions for an approximate volume of 160,000 items per annum. The Council is seeking a new contract in hybrid mail solutions for services across the whole of the Council with the majority of the anticipated work coming from the Revenues and Benefits team.

Total Quantity or Scope

This is a further competition from the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement for Postal Service & Solutions RM6280, Lot 6 Hybrid Mail, therefore, competition is limited to those suppliers who have been awarded to this agreement.

Renewal Options

The initial period is 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2028 with two optional 12-month extension periods to 31/03/2029 & 31/03/2030.
