Description

The proposed scope has been identified as the supply of a staff engagement survey. The organisations that are able to call-off under the framework agreement in order to procure services from the successful bidder are the Senedd Commission, the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission and the Scottish Parliament Corporate Body.

Award Criteria

Quality Quality Section - Total 60 Marks Quality sub-criteria: 1. A dashboard that provides insights into survey results, compared by sector, public and global organisations, demographics, and/or location. 15 Marks 2. Ability to provide an in-depth evaluation and report of the survey results, providing insights into the organisation and suggestions on areas in which we could improve 10 Marks 3. Ability to provide employees with their engagement score, compared by sector, demographic, and/or location. 10 Marks 4. Ability to build a bespoke survey with own questions that mirror previous surveys 10 Marks 5. Ability to have the survey in Welsh and English 5 Marks 6. Ability to anonymise the submissions by staff, with results only being determined by demographics, service areas, etc. 5 Marks Annex B - Data Governance Supplier Questionnaire 5 marks
