Legal Justification
This is notice of our intention to vary Schedule 5 - Pricing Details and Policy (pages 152-153) to allow for the offshoring of subcontractor resources to provide advisory support for ongoing continuous improvement activities under contract (Provision of Support and Maintenance for the Central Digital Platform (C4222). All other actual and deliverables remain with Goaco Group Limited. There will be no change to the contract's overall scope or value.
