Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) are seeking a sole supplier to deliver digestive diseases related insourcing services. The services will include Endoscopy Insourcing Services, Gastroenterology Outpatient Services, and Colorectal and General Surgery Outpatient Services across multiple Trust sites. The contract is expected to run from 01/04/2026 until 31/03/2029.The mini competition will be ran via NHS Workforce Alliance RM6276 - Insourced Services to support the Provision of Healthcare Services.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.This is a further competition under NHS Workforce Alliance RM6276 - Insourced Services to support the Provision of Healthcare Services. Providers on the framework will be invited to participate via the Atamis Health Family Single eCommercial System (https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome).The award criteria is outline as: Technical & Quality (60%), Social Value (10%), Price (30%). Bidder responses will be assessed by use of relevant qualified evaluators and will not include any further pre-qualification at the evaluation stage.
