Description
Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) though a competitive tender process (Open Procedure under Procurement Act 2023) intends to identify a competent supplier(s) for Heating Ventilation Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Semi–Comprehensive Maintenance Programme for British High Commission (BHC) in New Delhi and British Deputy High Commission (BDHC) offices in India (various locations). This Project requires suppliers to maintain the HVAC equipment (various brands) installed at various offices to maintain like chillers plants, cooling towers, air-cooled chillers, AHU, FCU, split AC, and VRV units, Boilers, PHE, Softener, Motors and Pumps etc.

The contract will be initially for a period of Three years, starting from 1st April 2026 till 31st March 2029, with a provision to further extension for 24 months subject to satisfactory performance by selected supplier and continuous business requirement at BHC/BDHCs. We would like to engage in a discussion with potential supplier organisations, who will be interested to bid for this assignment and deliver services. An Early Market engagement is being planned on 30th of October 2025. Suitable and interested suppliers are invited to participate in the virtual market engagement session. The prime objective of organising this session is to share our tentative requirements and gain understanding of what can be provided or achieved by the players in the Local Market. A presentation will be shared with suppliers (participants at the event), which will include FCDO's procurement procedures, possible bid evaluation criteria and overall project timelines.
