Improving Access to Psychological Therapies [IAPT] programme offers recommended treatments for depression and anxiety. It contributes to the national mental health strategy No health without mental health which aims to: • Improve the mental health and wellbeing of the population and keep people well; • Improve outcomes for people with mental health problems through high-quality services that are equally accessible to all. The contract was for 5 years (01/04/2021 - 31/03/2026) with the possibility of extending for a further 2 years. The contract was awarded following an open procurement under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The lifetime value of the contract is £79,907,213. This notice is for the 2-year extension.
