Improving Access to Psychological Therapies [IAPT] programme offers recommended treatments for depression and anxiety. It contributes to the national mental health strategy No health without mental health which aims to: • Improve the mental health and wellbeing of the population and keep people well; • Improve outcomes for people with mental health problems through high-quality services that are equally accessible to all.
