Description

3 separate contracts will be awarded an equal share (up to 33.33%) for the provision of primarily audit services of decarbonisation works. This will consist of both in-cycle and post-cycle auditing of completed decarbonisation works.

Renewal Options

Two optional twelve month extensions, this contract is a 2 + 1 + 1

Award Criteria

Quality At the PSQ stage, additional questions has three quality questions, these are evaluated on a 0-5 scale and tenderers will be disqualified if they score below 2. The five highest scoring tenderers will be shortlisted and invited to submit a final tender response if they have met all the minimum qualification criteria.
Cost At the Invitation to submit final tender response stage, the successful tenderers that were shortlisted will be requested to submit a quality submission and commercial submission. This will be hourly rates for the job roles that are highlighted in the specification document that is available on the Atamis e-procurement portal. If the tenderer passes the quality threshold of 60/100 then the sum of the hourly rates will be divided by the moderated quality scores to create a PQP score.
