Description
The Scottish Prison Service requires a supplier to supply and maintain energy efficient televisions that are suitable for use within an in-cell environment. The SPS currently have a contract in place for the provision of energy efficient televisions (with in-built DVD) for use within a prison environment. This contract is due to expire and the SPS requires this service provision to be continued. The contract shall also provide for any necessary repairs throughout the contract term.
Total Quantity or Scope
The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
Renewal Options
The Purchaser has the option to extend the Contract by an additional 3 years on a 1+1+1 basis
