This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a Framework Agreement for Macerator Maintenance Services that ensures best value, consistent service delivery, and high-quality maintenance across all sites and health centres. The Framework Agreement will define clear performance standards to support reliable operational and clinical needs.

Total Quantity or Scope

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to support the delivery of activities outlined below. This Framework Agreement will include, however, will not be limited to: - Maintenance, inspection, and servicing of Macerator Maintenance. - Implement a structured maintenance (PPM) program: - Allocate resources for ongoing inspections, servicing, and repairs: - Maintain compliance with warranties, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards; and - Monitor performance metrics.
