This framework was competitively procured and permits direct award where; 1.) Continuation of existing service supplier and, 2.) Supplier ranked 1st on the framework - Sureserve are ranked 1st This route ensures lawful continuity of essential heating services while a service redesign and a strategy for the reprocurement of services are defined. • Permissible direct award via the Procurepublic Framework for a 2-year period (25th November 2025- 24th November 2027); With option to extend for a further year (12 months)
