The ICB are intending to award a contract to existing providers following direct award process C There are three contracts: South Nottinghamshire - approximate lifetime value of the contract £1,290,707 Mid Nottinghamshire - approximate lifetime value of the contract 1,014,797 Bassetlaw - activity based contract The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 26 November 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to nnicb-nn.psrsupport@nhs.net The decision was made by the Strategic Planning and integration Committee in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest to manage. The relative importance of the key criteria was weighted as equal. The contracting arrangements are not changing considerably and the existing provider is performing the contract to a sufficient standard taking into account the key criteria
