Description
WHM are constructing a Contractors Framework to cover a wide range of maintenance works across the West Lothian area. The framework will be a support framework for WHM in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and is valued at approx 4,000,000GBP over 4 years
Lot Division
| 1 | Medical Adaptations Services will consist of general Medical Adaptation works to the housing stock. |
| 2 | Multi Trade Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. |
| 3 | Void Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Heating, Painter, Builder, Roofer, Plasterer, Cleaning, Floor Coverings works Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. |
| 4 | Gas Heating Installation, Servicing and Repair Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. |
