Description
WHM are constructing a contractors framework to cover a wide range of maintenance works across the West Lothian area. The framework will be a support framework for WHM in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and is valued at approx GBP 4 000 000 over 4 years
Lot Division
| 1 | Medical Adaptations Services will consist of general medical adaptation works to the housing stock. |
| 2 | Multi Trade Works — including any Combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer and Plasterer works Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. |
| 3 | Void Works — including any Combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Heating, Painter, Builder, Roofer, Plasterer, Cleaning, Floor Coverings works Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. |
| 4 | Gas Heating Installation, Servicing and Repair Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. |
| 5 | Joiner Work Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion.
