Description

WHM are constructing a contractors framework to cover a wide range of maintenance works across the West Lothian area. The framework will be a support framework for WHM in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and is valued at approx GBP 4 000 000 over 4 years

Lot Division

1 Medical Adaptations

Services will consist of general medical adaptation works to the housing stock.

2 Multi Trade Works — including any Combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer and Plasterer works

Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

3 Void Works — including any Combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Heating, Painter, Builder, Roofer, Plasterer, Cleaning, Floor Coverings works

4 Gas Heating Installation, Servicing and Repair

Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

5 Joiner Work

Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion. All as per the attached Project Particulars and ESPD Guidance — WHM — R&M Framework – Final.

6 Electrical Work

Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

7 Plumber Work

Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion. All as per the attached Project Particulars and ESPD Guidance — WHM — R&M Framework – Final

8 Cleaning Services

Services will consist of general responsive/reactive repairs and maintenance cleaning services to the housing stock.

9 Roofing

11 Glazing

12 Plaster/Roughcasting
