Description

Sunderland City Council ("SCC") intends to work towards the delivery of a Mobility Hub within Sunderland City Centre. Scope of Requirements: The relocation of SCC's Headquarters to a new City Hall, as part of the wider Riverside Sunderland development, with a key focus on sustainability and integrated mobility, provide the ideal opportunity to work towards delivery of one of the UK's first Mobility Hubs. The initial focus being to deliver an SCC electric pool vehicle solution, consisting of 10 electric vehicles (Nissan Leaf or similar) and 20 e-bikes, as this will serve as the foundation from which to develop the Mobility Hub and expand to wider partner then public use.
