Supply of Nitric Oxide Therapy to NHS Scotland

Total Quantity or Scope

Supply of Nitric Oxide Therapy to NHS Scotland that includes supply, rental and refill of cylinders and loan of a fully maintained and supported delivery system. The Authority intends to award this framework as a unranked multi-supplier framework to a maximum of four (4) framework Participants. Full details of Equipment, Goods & Services and volumes can be found within the ITT documents.

Renewal Options

This framework includes the option(s) to extend for periods of up to a total period of twenty-four (24) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the Framework Agreement is due to expire.

Legal Justification

The Framework Agreement requires significant investment inequipment and infrastructure from Framework Participants. This duration of Framework Agreement is to reflect the need for a return on investment for the successful Framework Participants.
