Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are: The successful contractor will be expected to consider the opportunities to recruit and train long-term economically inactive* persons as part of the workforce delivering this contract. The Contracting Authority is keen that the successful contract consider the opportunity to offer apprenticeships/NVQs/H&S training/etc. during the life of the contract. However other training could also be considered. The successful contractor will be encouraged to secure other positive outcomes that would benefit the community they operate within, for example:- Working with local schools and colleges – work experience/work placements.
