A. The Trust is looking for an All-Inclusive Legal Service and Legal HR Support Service which:i. Is cost effective and delivers high quality legal support services.ii. Provides transparent all-inclusive pricing which allows accurate budgeting over the term of the Contract. iii. provides a single point of contact for all of the Trust’s legal requirements and management of third-party providers. B. The Trust assesses a Legal service and HR support service that is fully accessible from one or more provider(s), where a relationship can be built and added value can be obtained for a known fixed price is the best operating model. Learning Academy Partnership have requested support in tendering for both Legal Services and HR Legal Services through an open procedure.The tender has been split into 2 lots dependent on which the supplier wishes to bid for and bidders are allowed to bid for both Lots if they choose:Lot 1 - Legal ServicesLot 2 - HR Legal Services
