Description

We are looking to continue an Operational Excellence Programme on a wider scale, at different CGTC sites. The Operational Excellence initiative is being established to ensure that the business can function in a high performing high-quality state across all main business streams: Stevenage Manufacturing and Innovation Centre, Braintree Manufacturing and Innovation Centre, London Research and Development (Technology, Process and Innovation), and Business Services. The aim is to ensure advanced therapies are developed and delivered to patients rapidly and efficiently at a high standard of quality and with a sustainable business model.
