Description

NGN's QVD (Quality Vendor Database Framework) is a series of contracts related to the supply of products and equipment for use in Capital Projects undertaken across the NGN Network. The Framework covers many different products and types of equipment and currently has eleven participating contracted suppliers. NGN has already started the process of re-tendering this Framework and to date issued 4 PQQs on the Achilles UVDB platform to alert the market to the opportunity against of the associated lots. There is a significant amount of work to be undertaken to ensure this procurement is robust and compliant and as such NGN intends to extend these existing contracts until 31st December 2023 to give sufficient time for this procurement to be completed.

NGN's QVD (Quality Vendor Database Framework) is a series of contracts related to the supply of products and equipment for use in Capital Projects undertaken across the NGN Network. The Framework covers many different products and types of equipment and currently has fifteen participating contracted suppliers. NGN has started the the process of tendering for the the new frameworks which have been divided into 4 that correspond with the 16 Lots. Framework 1 - Pipe, Flanges, Gaskets & Soft Iron Rings and Nuts, Bolts & washers - currently in contracts negotiations Framework 2 - Valves, filters, Safety devices and Fittings - PQQ evaluation in progress Framework 3 - Power Supplies, Cathodic Protection and Pre-Heating Equipment - PQQ has been issued out on Achilles UVDB Framework 4 - Impulse Pipework, PRI Equipment, Calorimeters, Housings & Cabinets and Metering - PQQ has been issued out on Achilles UVDB
