Description

London Gateway Port Ltd is looking to appoint a contractor for its FM planned preventative and reactive maintenance contract

Total Quantity or Scope

The purpose of this contract will be to provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance to the below buildings. The contract will provide sufficient on-site labour on a day-to-day basis to ensure the regular maintenance and upkeep of the ports facilities and equipment to prevent breakdowns and their optimal functionality as well as providing in & out of hours reactive support. Some of the key areas will be HVAC, Life Safety Systems, Electrical equipment, Mechanical/Plant equipment & L8 maintenance

Renewal Options

At the end of the initial term, there is a possibility of renewal for another 2 years At the end of the initial term, there is a possibility of renewal for another 2 years
