Description

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) are undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the commissioning of a School-aged Health Improvement and Prevention Service (SHIPS). Potential providers are invited to register their interest to access the soft market test document, which outlines the councils' requirements. Please complete the questionnaire at the end of the document and return via ProContract by 17:00 on Friday 16th August. Following preliminary market engagement, it is anticipated that CCC and PCC will undertake their own, separate, provider selection processes under the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR).

Total Quantity or Scope

This notice is in relation to preliminary market engagement for School-aged Health Improvement and Prevention Services (SHIPS) in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) is undertaking engagement on behalf of both CCC and Peterborough City Council (PCC). It is anticipated that each council will then undertake their own provider selection process to award separate contracts for this service. CCC believes that this service is in-scope of the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). The estimated annual value for each contract is: Cambridgeshire County Council - £400,000 Peterborough City Council - £150,000 It is anticipated that the initial contract period is two years with two options to extend for two years each (six years total)
