This Framework Agreement is open to all public sector organisations and has been split into three (3) LOTs; LOT 1 – Sensory Rooms and Spaces. LOT 2 – Sensory Pools. LOT 3 – Sensory Gardens.

1 Sensory Rooms and Spaces
  • Value: £10M

To provide a turnkey solution for public bodies who wish to create sensory rooms and spaces, that can be used by all ages, can cater for a range of conditions, and can provide calming, de-escalation, immersive, interactive, dark and portable environments, to include, but not limited to; •Multisensory •Protective padding •Sensory furniture •Sensory lighting •Sensory toys Additional information: All Public Bodies will have access to this Framework Agreement with the agreement with the Contracting Authority. 2 Sensory Pools
  • Value: £10M

To provide a turnkey solution for public bodies who wish to purchase sensory pools, that can be used by all ages, and can cater for a range of conditions, to include, but not limited to; •Fibre optic effects projectors •Hydrotherapy pool lighting •LED colour wash lighting •Sensory pool •Sound equipment •Water resistant speakers Additional information: All Public Bodies will have access to this Framework Agreement with the agreement with the Contracting Authority. 3 Sensory Gardens
  • Value: £10M

To provide a turnkey solution for public bodies who wish to create sensory gardens, that can be used by all ages, and can cater for a range of conditions, to include, but not limited to; •Outdoor furnishings •Outdoor interactive sensory products •Outdoor planting Additional information: All Public Bodies will have access to this Framework Agreement with the agreement with the Contracting Authority.
