Description

The Council is seeking applications from providers who wish to join the Community Opportunities: Flexible Purchasing System (FPS). The intention is to appoint a range of providers with the capability and capacity to deliver Community Opportunities. This could include learning disabilities, sensory impairment, autistic spectrum disorders, multiple physical disability, epilepsy, dementia, and additional mental ill health. Individuals with acquired brain injury may where appropriate be referred to the service.
