Aligned with Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council’s (LCCC) Corporate Plan 2024–2028 under the Prosperity Theme – “We benefit from a growing and vibrant economy”, this tender seeks the services of an experienced delivery agent to design, manage and execute a bespoke European Trade Programme focused on the Netherlands. This will be the cornerstone EU export development programme for the Council over the next financial year. Building upon a proven history of successful trade missions and a strategic collaboration with the NI-NL Trade Society, this initiative will strengthen export readiness among local SMEs, enhance trade capabilities, and deliver tangible commercial outcomes. The programme will also support the reactivation of the NI-NL Trade Society, facilitating participation in the flagship Annual Dutch Trade Dinner (subject to scheduling).
