Description
The Healthy Knowsley Service is an integrated healthy lifestyle service, which ultimately aims to help Knowsley residents to live a healthy and happy life. The service includes provisions for adults, pregnant women, children, young people, and families. It offers personalised and tailored support in nutrition, healthy eating, weight management, physical activity, and oral health. We are looking to commission an experienced and high-quality provider(s) to design and deliver our 3 allotted services: • Healthy Knowsley for adults and pregnant women • Healthy Knowsley for children, young people, and families • Oral Health Improvement

Lot 1: An integrated healthy lifestyle programme, which supports the prevention and management of excess weight (and improves health and wellbeing) in adults and pregnant women. |

Lot 2: An integrated healthy lifestyle programme, which supports the prevention and management of excess weight (and improves health and wellbeing) in children, young people and their families. |
| 3 | Health Knowsley Service Oral Health Improvement
Lot 3: A coordinated oral health service, which ultimately improves the oral health of all people living in Knowsley. The service will promote positive oral health across the life course, reduce oral health inequalities, and lower rates of oral ill health and tooth decay. |
