Contract will include option to extend for a further two years subject to performance and audit and risk committee decision

Track record in charity sector	Proven track record as internal auditors in the charity sector, and understanding of the business and its environment
Experience of internal audit of public sector bodies	_
Experience of working with a fully remote client	_
Ability to demonstrate responsiveness to risk appetite of client	_
Ability to transfer knowledge	Evidence of ability to apply and transfer knowledge and best practice from other relevant organisations to Trust staff
Quality and continuity of staff allocation	_
Audit approach	Ability to demonstrate that the audit approach is in accordance with published auditing standards, and evidence of quality assurance
