Description

This ITT is for a three year contract to provide the annual financial audit services for Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, a charity and government Arms' Length Body.

Renewal Options

Contract will include an option to extend for a further two years subject to audit committee approval.

Financial Audit of Charity Sector Proven track record as financial auditors in the charity sector, and understanding of the business and its environment
Experience of Financial audit of public sector bodies Experience of Financial audit of public sector bodies
Experience of auditing in a fully remote environment _
Ability to provide technical advice and support Including charity SORP updates and accounts templates as necessary
Quality and continuity of staff allocated to the audit _
Audit approach Ability to demonstrate that the audit approach is in acordance with published auditing standards, and evidence of quality assurance
