Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, seeks to engage the market through this Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) exercise in preparation for the procurement of a Floating Car Data (FCD) provider to support Tees Valley Combined Authority's (TVCA) CRSTS-funded digital transport programme. This PTME aims to: • Understand the market's appetite, capabilities, and innovations in the provision of high-quality, real-time FCD solutions suitable for regional traffic management, journey time capture via speed monitoring and planning use cases.
