This is an intention to award notice under the competitive process.NHS England – Midlands (referred to as the Commissioner) intend to award a contract University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust for the provision of COVID-19 Vaccination Programme for Outreach Services following a robust Competitive Process.Services are expected to commence on 1st October 2025 – 31st March 2026 for a duration of 6 months.The lifetime value of the contract is £220,000.This is an existing service and has been awarded to a existing provider.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 12pm (midnight) on Thursday 4th September 2025.
