Description

Forth Valley College is seeking a Contractor for the provision of student accommodation for apprentices that will attend our Falkirk Campus.

Total Quantity or Scope

Forth Valley College is seeking accommodation for groups of apprentices who attend our Falkirk Campus.

Renewal Options

The Authority reserves the right to extend the Agreement for a further 3 periods of 12 months until 31st May 2030, subject to satisfactory performance and continued Authority requirements. Forth Valley College reserves the right to add additional group of students or apprentices to the Agreement.

Tenderers can attend the optional Tenderers’ Conference taking place online at 11am to 11.45am on 10th September 2025. Please contact procurement@forthvalley.ac.uk to confirm attendance. The Authority will cover the requirements of the Agreement, the SPD, Technical questions and Price Schedule in a presentation to Tenderers.
