Description

H758 Capital Planned Works, including General Repairs and Improvement Works to Void and Tenanted Properties Dudley MBC is seeking interest in Contractors to provide a works contract which delivers Large-scale Capital Planned Works to include - Re-Render Programmes, Bathroom Renewal, Kitchen Replacement, Minor Works & Subsidence, External Facades (Roofing), Improvements to Stock Condition, Estate Improvements, Garage improvements ( Major Components, Re-Roof, demolition), and Higher Value strategic Void support (over £5K refurbishment) within the Borough of Dudley. A principal contractor will be appointed to carry out the whole of the works included within the contract.

Award Criteria

Simple description Tenders will be assessed and evaluated in accordance with ITT Capital Planned Works Part D. Tenderers must complete all of the questions set out in the PSQ Appendix 1 which comprises of information only and Pass/Fail questions. The Common Assessment Standard (CAS) questionnaire will need to be completed where applicable. The PSQ responses will be evaluated before the Quality, Social Value and Price Responses are evaluated. Quality, Social Value and Price Responses will be evaluated for quality on a scored basis, Quality (including Social Value) on a 40% basis and 60% for price.
