This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight Thursday 2nd January 2025. This contract has not now been formally awarded; this notice serves as an intention to awarded using direct award under the PSR, as a mixed procurement. process C. The Contracting Authority has assessed the provider's suitability and technical / professional ability to undertake this service based on their current activities and performance, against the key criteria and basic selection criteria when making a decision to award this contract. The provider's economic and financial standing has been considered in proportion to the contract value and terms. The assessment demonstrates that the provider has been and is likely to continue to satisfy the requirements of the contract to a sufficient standard. The intention to award the new contract is made on this basis. £31.5m which covers the 3 years and optional 2 years extension.
